Jude nodded, licking his lips before taking a sip of tea from the paper cup in his hand. "Good to have familiar faces round though, yeah?" There was an unmistakeable hint in there, a light of wild hope in his eyes that despite the years she'd been apart from him, there might still be a spark his arrival had kindled.
